In your agreement did your spouse get visitation rights?  You need to follow your specific agreement and since the divorce is not as yet finalized, it would be best to file a stipulation with the court that is signed & notarized by both parties and that states clearly the agreement to move, the address and phone numbers and the new visitation schedule.

Only if damages recovered represent compensation for lost community income, such as lost wages during the marriage, or medical bills paid from community resources. As a general rule personal injury damages ("pain and suffering") follow the injured party, as do damages for lost future wages and future medical bills.
