What happens if my ex does not want to take the final judgment paper?

I don't understand the question "take". Is the Stipulated Judgment signed by both of you? If yes, make copies and take it to the court, or send by FedX or Express Mail to the court for entry. If it is not signed and there was no trial, then you need to have a trial. Speak to an attorney, who gives free consultations to determine which way is next for you to complete your dissolution.

Will I have a strong case if I am to sue my husband for adultery?

I don't know which state you're living in. Adultery is not a basis for a law suit in most states nor a basis for divorce in any no fault state.

If we agree on everything, can we use the same lawyer in a divorce?

Yes, It would be a dissolution; If at any point you do not agree on any items, such as child support, you would need your own lawyer. Also if you use the same lawyer, remember that lawyer only represents one of you, the other would be required to sign a waiver to that effect.
