He contacted the NRA for financial assistance. We appealed all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court. I felt Michigan Gun Laws were Unconstitutional. At that point he filed a motion to withdraw my guilt plea on a MIP charge from 1967, and then an expungement of a felony from 1966. I highly recommend Mr. Fleming for legal advice.
