Can my wife get me for alimony

David J Hutchinson

It depends entirely on the specific factual situations of you and your wife. More information is needed. Alimony is by no means automatic.

Can I turn off the utilities of the house if my ex doesn't lave on the scheduled day?

Its not a good idea especially if you have a sump pump and the basement might flood. I advise you to file a motion for contempt with the divorce court as to why she has not moved demand rent for the house, all utilities, and for every day she overstays.

Will the courts also have ex-husband pay my health insurance premium?

Answered by attorney Anne Barbara Howard (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Anne B. Howard, A Professional Law Corporation
If the CA court has ordered him to pay spousal support, he is paying what the court thinks is reasonable and the court would probably not order him to pay your health insurance premium. You need to find a job that provides free or cheap health insurance.
