If my husband who has no citizenship has to leave the country can he come back?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Does he have a green card? Are you a U.S. citizen? How did he enter the U.S.? I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

What is the fastest way to legally bring my fiancé from India to the United States?

It takes about 8-12 months to bring a fianc here. It takes about the same time for a spouse. However, if you began to file for him as a fianc, do not get married in the middle of the process, as you will have to restart the process. Good luck.
