You need a good attorney. You might be entitled to all or part of what you are seeking, but it is very doubtful you will not have to return to work in some fashion.

Will I be able to get help from legal aid to file for a divorce if I am a homemaker for a long time and have no income?

Bruce Provda
Answered by attorney Bruce Provda (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Provda Law Firm
That would depend on the overall family income. You need to contact them and ask what their income guidelines are. If your husband is making a good income, then the court can order that your attorney's fees be paid by your spouse.
