Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Law enforcement will always be able to see arrests, but other employers will not. If you have never been convicted, then you can answer no. AN arrest is not a conviction.

You have violated the retraining order by attempting to be a lawyer. Now hire a real lawyer and defend yourself.
