You may be able to get another bond. I suspect that you will need to retain an attorney, and few judges will fall for the "I missed my courtdate because my associated were threatening me and I needed to get out of town" defense. Good luck.

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I suggest that you contact an experienced criminal law attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

If you call the police department, will they tell you if you have a warrant?

Answered by attorney Martin Enrique Valbuena (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Martin Enrique Valbuena, PC
Yes, but it might be quicker to call the law enforcement agency that you believe might have taken out a warrant for you. If there is one, then sometimes you can negotiate a time to turn yourself in so that you can get your affairs situated if you are going to be incarcerated for a lengthy period of time or your bond prepared to minimize how much time you spend incarcerated.
