How would The First Offenders Act help my boyfriend on an aggravated assault charge?

If folks are going to ask questions on-line I wish thay would tell the whole story. The police did not arrest a stabbing victim, who made it clear that he did not want to engage in a fight, and charge that stabbing victim with aggravated assault. The prosecutor cannot present that case to a jury, and would not hold your BF without a bond on those facts. So, provide us with the prosecutor's facts (even though they may all be lies).

When you play games, you sometimes get burned. Your address will be found out, but it doesn't matter, because you won your case. Silly.
