Imagine needing a lawyer to help obtain guardianship of a toddler, meeting with 2 professionals inside the law firm, and having one pull on your heartstrings while swindling you out of money. That was my experience. Aside from losing the money, now I have no trust in this office and STILL needed an actual attorney. The office knew that a few clients had been taken advantage of and offered no apologies or recourse whatsoever.
