There really are no words to describe how grateful I am for what Tim has done for me and my family. Like many of you reading this, I was at a point where I thought there was no end in sight and nothing I could do to fix my NYS tax problems. For years and years I fought it trying everything I could to take care of it, and nothing worked. My paycheck kept getting garnished and my balance due kept growing due to the insane interest and penalties. Then I came across Timothy S. Hart Law Group online. Skeptical because of a previous failed attempt with one of the many online marketing schemes that claim to settle your taxes for "pennies on the dollar", I decided to call Tim to see what he had to say. From the very beginning, Tim was nothing but upfront and honest with me. Throughout the whole process Tim was always there by phone and/or email to answer any questions that came up along the way. The whole process was very organized and professional. In the end, Tim was able to settle my case for literally a small fraction of what my balance owed was.
