Hired Attorney Leighton H. Rockafellow Jr.

My fiance and I were in a rollover accident last year. Leighton Rockafellow Jr. did a great job of settling our case quickly, and he even referred us to a great chiropractor for our injuries. We will definitely be coming back if we ever have another accident.

Hired Law Firm

I had a deeply disappointing and damaging experience with this firm—particularly with Associate Leighton, who was assigned to my case. A full year after my auto accident—which left me permanently disabled and unable to return to my profession—he submitted a demand letter with the wrong loss amount. This careless mistake directly resulted in a significantly lower settlement than what had been agreed upon and what I was rightfully owed. To make matters worse, Leighton became my client immediately after I retained the firm—a blatant and unethical conflict of interest that was never disclosed or addressed. And now, incredibly, this same individual is running for political office in Tucson. I strongly urge anyone considering this group to think twice. My case was mishandled in ways that cost me my livelihood and my rightful compensation. What happened to me was avoidable—and unforgivable.

Hired Attorney Mr. Leighton H. Rockafellow Sr.

You know you’ve hired the wrong attorney when the opposing attorney sitting across the table directly asked you why you aren’t asking for more money/awards because your damages and injuries are more severe. And Mr Rockafellow Sr just sits there silent, leaving you hanging. He advised me to “settle “ for the lower amount and sign away my right for future recovery for medical treatment that lasted for years because he didn’t want it to “drag out in court.” It is pathetic that the opposing lawyer is more supportive and your own lawyer so impotent. And he sat there silent. But he got his money.

Rude people work there. I called and got the rudest lady ever! Do not know about the laws there are in Arizona. I would never use them for legal advise.
