Leighton Jr. was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, he moved to Rochester, NY where he worked for Ford Motor Company. Leighton returned to Tucson to attend law school at the University of Arizona. Since 2011 he has taken pride in his work as a personal injury attorney. He enjoys helping and supporting Tucsonans who need legal help as they navigate a difficult time in their lives. Leighton believes that each client deserves individualized attention, frequent communication, and an advocate that fights for the rights and justice his clients are due. He volunteers with local nonprofit Step Up to Justice regularly, educating Tucsonans of their legal rights. He also serves on the board of the Tucson Climbing Project, an organization that supports youth rock climbers in the Tucson area. He lives in Midtown Tucson with his wife and two young boys and spends his free time mountain biking,
hiking, and rock climbing, and enjoying his family.
