Deadbeat attorney that gives other attorneys a bad name. It's people like this that don't return phone calls or do what you ask him to do after you pay him that makes good Attorneys not trusted. Richard Thibault is someone who will point the finger at you if your accused of cheating yet hope on top of a women that's not his wife. Lucky for him he found another love of his life with wife number two. I hope he never represents himself in a Divorce. He is a hypocrite do as I pretend I do. It's his second marriage and won't be his last. He will find number 3 and 4 loves if his life to marry. I can't blame the women he is Pretty and knows Karate and at least 3 other Japanese words.
I hired Richard to defend me after I was arrested at work and charged with multiple felony's. While I was in jail he also helped my-wife remove stuff from our Marital home and kept part of my stuff. He represented her in a divorce during his representation of me. He wouldn't answer my calls I called on her phone he answered her call immediately. He was less than a half mile from court and Jail yet I knew everything happening before he did. He showed fear and intimadatation of the States Attorney during court. He threatened to withdraw from my case if I contested the divorce or tried to get any Marital property or have my wife pay and bills. He helped my wife move stuff out of our home that was mine and kept some of my stuff. He is not trustworthy in his legal dealings or even his former marriage. I was horribly disappointed with Richard I'm ashamed I called him my friend. He was certainly not a friend. I knew more about the states filings then he did.
