I could write a book about how great this man is! I promise you if the DUI case can be won he will win it. He doesn’t give false hope and tells you exactly what he will do and possible outcomes. Even though he helped an ex of mine and we don’t speak anymore I will still stand by his work. He had actually helped my brother and about to call him about a friend shortly. My favorite part is if you call his number 95% of the time he answers but if he can’t he always calls back.

Words can't express the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Burkhalter. He did everything he said he would do plus more. He stuck it out with me the entire 2½ years it took to resolve the case and not only did he help me avoid 10 years in prison. The first thing he asked was how am doing then said let's get you out of here not to mention he came and saw me on a Sunday and was already working on my case before he arrived. There were a lot of ways things could have went sour but he always stay on the up and up and kept me a good spirits and I'm forever appreciative for it.

Very pleased with how the case was handled. It was short notice but he got it done. Will be contacting him again. He sat down and talked with me and my son and explained everything to us. Very cost effective. My son was had 3 felony charges and he got everything dropped to 1 misdemeanor. We were shocked at his work. Couldn't thank him enough. He really is for "the people."

If your in doubt don't hesitate,call Zach! Zach helped me out with my situation and worked on my case until not only I was satisfied but he was too.Zach is very professional and down to earth. He really takes the time in getting to know you and your case. He is always very truthful during the process and always there when needed. I never once didn't receive a call back or was unable to reach Zach. He was always there even during his most busiest times. Zach has a way of making you feel comfortable and not rushed during the process in making any sudden decisions. Zach will fight for you and your case using all his skills he has obtained from schooling and years of experience in the courtroom. Thanks Zach you deserve all the credit bud.
