I closed my business last year. I have business LOC for that business that I used for paying of my car loan. Now I am ready to file chapter 7 so can I

You must list all assets and all debts in any bankruptcy case.  The answer to oyur question really depends on what you mean by "include".    If you owe money on a line of credit, and that debt was not incurred through fraud, then I don't see why it would not be dischargeable in a Chapter 7 case. You need to consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your area for more details. Mark Markus has been practicing exclusively bankruptcy law in California since 1991.  He is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization,  AV-Rated by martindale.com, and A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau.

What happens if I can no longer pay my bills?

Ajibola Oluyemisi Oladapo

Bankruptcy lawyer at Dearbonn Law Offices PLLC
If you cannot pay your bills, you owe money and your creditors will forward your case to collections agencies to collect from you. Besides, some of your creditors may obtain a money judgment against you. These may affect your ability to secure a good job in the future. Find a way to pay your bills.

How can I stop a quit claim after bankruptcy?

Maureen O'Malley
Answered by attorney Maureen O'Malley (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Maureen O'Malley
Are you saying they want her to quit claim her interest to you? Is this something you can get your divorce lawyers to handle? Or your bankruptcy lawyer? Is it really worth keeping the house if it's upside down? Will its value ever reach its debt? Take a look at the modification provisions (if they've shown them) to determine if it's worth your while; they're often not.
