Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Mr. Duggan handled my divorce, which ended up with some difficult custody issues. Because of allegations of misconduct against me, which just were not true, I was afraid I would use lost custody of my two boys. At trial Mr. Duggan was very prepared, and his cross-examinations were outstanding. I ended up winning the case and was awarded custody. I am very thankful.

Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Stewart has represented and assisted our public housing authority for several years both in litigation and fair housing matters and also in helping us with our affordable housing and LIHTC developments. He has provided solid legal representation and has been an outstanding resource in helping us issue bonds and close on three tax-credit developments over the past five years, with the last development deal closing in 2018. We feel fortunate to have Stewart and his law firm on our team.

Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Mr. Duggan was very helpful in representing our company in an employment discrimination, slander, and whistleblower lawsuit. The case was complicated, and Mr. Duggan was perfect for this difficult matter. His preparation of our employee-witnesses was outstanding, and he was very good on his feet and in court. We were quite satisfied with the outcome and case resolution. His firm also updated our policies, and Mr. Duggan provided us with needed training. Thank you.

Mr. Duggan has advised our company in areas of labor and employment for several years now and recently defended an employment discrimination lawsuit in federal court. Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Mr. Duggan handled a complex business litigation matter for me that, at first, I believed was hopeless. Mr. Duggan was always very prepared and well versed in the nuances of the law. After about 15 months of litigation, Mr. Duggan disposed of the case and the outcome was outstanding. I was relieved and felt almost like he pulled a rabbit out of a hat. I am a very pleased client and highly recommend.

Hired Attorney Mr. Stephen B. Moseley

I found Mr Moseley to be unreliable. Defense attorneys are paid their fees by insurance companies to represent doctors. I found Mr Moseley to have zero interest in genuinely defending my case. Prior to having him removed, he made numerous errors damaging my case. Get another lawyer
