Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

I was glad we reached out to hire Mr. Duggan on our fair housing case. The case was difficult and the allegations were hard for us to deal with, but Mr. Duggan help us uncover the facts and law needed to win our case. The fair house complaint ended up being dismissed with no findings against our agency. We will use him again and recommend him for all fair housing matters. He also trained our entire organization, which was very helpful to help us avoid future problems.

Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

I am glad I retained Mr. Duggan after I was served with a modification action where my ex was trying to gain custody of my two children. Mr. Duggan effectively debunked my ex husband's allegations, and after a difficult battle won my case in court. I ended up with custody of my children and even began seeing much more child support. I really appreciate his efforts and how prepared he was in court. His presence in court was the best, and I was very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone. thanks.

Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Our public housing authority was notified of a fair housing charge of discrimination from an existing tenant alleging racial discrimination. Our PHA was about to enter into a conciliation agreement on terms that were unfair and onerous, despite the fact we did not believe there was a violation. We hired Mr. Duggan and he responded promptly. He investigated the facts and advocated very effectively for our PHA. The HUD investigators eventually saw it our way and we won with written findings that we were in complete compliance with the fair housing act. We are very grateful and appreciative for Mr. Duggan's efforts. We will use Mr. Duggan again.

I selected the right attorney with Mr. Duggan and wished now I had hired him from the very beginning. After he took on my custody battle case, he slowly began to turn the case around after I had initially lost custody of my children, which was devastating to me. After he took several important depositions, the case began to take shape as he had explained. And after a 4 day final court trial, the Judge ruled in favor of me. Mr. Duggan was thorough, creative, responsive and outstanding in court! He was doubled teamed by the other side, but he was so much better. I am so happy to have my children back with me, and I would definitely recommend Mr. Duggan in any domestic, divorce or custody dispute.

Our housing authority received a fair housing complaint dealing with race and disability. He guided our PHA through grievance hearings and also before HUD's fair housing division. The issues were fact intensive and complicated. He was very experienced, and he explained the issues and mapped out a plan of action. He dealt with the tenant's attorney and with HUD investigators. He prepared our witnesses, and he ended up winning our case with the fair housing claims being dismissed. Very happy with Mr. Duggan, and we will use him again.

Our public housing authority procured Mr. Duggan and his firm to guide us on our very first RAD conversion involving housing tax credits. We really needed a lot of help, and he guided us so well in the selection of the developer through the end of the project and closing. We are so appreciative to Mr. Duggan and his team, who were very responsive to us and to our Board members. I think we would've been lost without him, and we saved a lot of money in not having to hire a consultant. We are glad we converted to RAD. Our first LIHTC deal has been a resounding success, and I would use Mr. Duggan and his firm again.

I am so glad I hired Mr. Duggan. I was sued in federal court in Rome, along with many other defendants involving both federal and state claims that were very complicated. I just did not understand them all. Mr. Duggan was very proactive and filed a motion to dismiss along with a motion for sanctions requesting a return of all my attorney fees. Within 6-7 months he had the entire case dismissed and also won an award of all of my attorney fees! I am thrilled, grateful, and so relieved. Thank you, thank you! He's the best!

Hired Attorney Mr. I. Stewart Duggan

Mr. Duggan was referred to me by another attorney to handle an employment discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed against my company in federal court. Upon my first meeting with Mr. Duggan I quickly realized he was the man for the job. Thorough and very candid in evaluating the claim, he mapped out an excellent defense strategy which worked to perfection. My case was resolved within a very reasonable time, and his sound and competent efforts saved my company tens of thousands of dollars. Very pleased, and we have now retained Mr. Duggan and his firm for all of our company's business needs.

Hiring Mr. Duggan as my divorce lawyer was the best decision I could've made. He was knowledgeable and provide me with the support and courage I needed to file and go through a very very difficult situation of divorcing after a long marriage. He is a fine man of character and integrity and provided me with far more than just legal advice. He always made time for me and kept me calm. My case was very tough, and he expertly handled my husband during his deposition. Mr. Duggan was able to position my case where I ended up with a very satisfactory result on terms that have me taken care of just as I was hoping. I am so relieved and cannot express my appreciate and gratitude enough. He is the divorce lawyer I can wholeheartedly recommend without reservation.

A fair housing complaint was filed against our affordable housing development, and Mr. Duggan guided and handled our defense. He was very thorough and firm with the Fair Housing investigators, and he prepared our witnesses for the investigation. Mr. Duggan's response was very persuasive and he prevailed for us. HUD Fair Housing issued a Determination of No Reasonable Cause. Very efficient, thorough, and excellent representation.
