What could happen after an accident if it was my car and driver had neither license nor insurance hitting two cars?

Answered by attorney Eugene Ray Critchett (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at E. Ray Critchett, LLC
I would need more facts to give you a complete answer; however, if the driver was negligent, he may be liable for your friend's wrongful death. If your friend had insurance coverage of his own, his family may be able to pursue a claim under that policy.

Can you get charged with joint enterprise if you witness a crime but don't report and if you can how many years will you get?

You can be charged as a party to the crime. Why would be allowed to view the crime IF you are not a participant? You can go to prison. The length of time is a function of the nature of the offense, your criminal background and the judge/prosecutor that you face.

What is the legal procedure for accident on construction site in a foreign country?

You will likely have to consult an attorney admitted to practice in Africa. You might try calling the embassy of the country where the accident occurred and ask to speak to the Legal Officer. A resourceful lawyer might be able to find grounds for jurisdiction in an American state, although they are not apparent to me.
