Are they in their rights to treat him like this?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
Everything in this country is not about someone rights. There should be a jail nurse who answers routiine stuff and refers serious stuff to a jail doctor who probably only visits weekly or even less. Instead of being angry, tell your boyfriend to be pleasant and civil and courteous. Jail personnel are often pretty tough customers themselves and if you are angry and mouthy they let you suffer.

Would this be medical malpractice case?

Answered by attorney J. Michael End
Personal Injury lawyer at End, Hierseman & Crain LLC
It sounds as though your daughter's claim has merit. You will need to find a lawyer who handles dental malpractice matters to represent your daughter. The lawyer can tell you what the probable value of the claim is. There is a three-year statute of limitations for malpractice cases in Wisconsin, unless the child is under the age of seven, in which case the child has until her tenth birthday.
