Hired Law Firm

Do not use this attorney. He's supposed to be representing my dad and after taking $23,000 from my mom, come to find out he refuses to do appeals, he doesn't do his homework on laws he's not familiar with nor the ones that are new. He hasn't filed any motions that we've asked for and tried to push a speedy trial without ever doing any prep to defend my dad. And if you drop him from legal representation, he won't refund any of the money you paid him as a retainer. My dad is sitting in county jail
