What will happen? Prosecution for the crime. You'll get a Notice in the mail of your court date once the DA files charges.

I was ticketed with H&S11357b and I missed my pay fine or go to court date of 12/07/12 what would happen now?

Missing your court date turned this infraction into a misdemeanor failure to appear. You can fix this, but don't delay. If all you had was a pipe, that isn't illegal. They have to prove you possessed a usable quantity of marijuana.

The police can arrest you. The person providing the recording is going to have to provide some background, and that background is what led to your name rather than my name.
