Excellent attorney who is incredibly responsive, thorough and demonstrates great follow through.
Attorney Lassman made the process less stressful since filing was the hardest decision for me to make due to personal circumstances. He is very thorough and efficient. Out of all the attorney's (Divorce (3), Family (2), Appellate (1), I have dealt with, Attorney Lassman made me comfortable with what was to be. He is an ACE in his profession!
Donald Lassman is a very competent attorney. He has been very clear and supportive to me throughout this difficult process. I believe he has given me excellent advice. He has been available by e-mail or phone consistently. He checks in with me as needed and always looks out for my best interest.
Don is an expert in the field with a strong ability to communicate and took time to understand me and the issued that I faced
Mr. Glassman was a true professional while simultaneously maintaining a caring and compassionate attitude. I was terrified of the process and also very embarrassed about my financial situation. Don led me patiently through the tedious process and I never once felt judged.
He is very friendly and supportive. Obviously bankruptcy is no fun, but he made us feel like it was going to be doable and that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Very understanding and we felt like he was really working for us and with our best interests in mind.
Don falls somewhat short around the communications end of things. It's like he knows his stuff cold but I don't run at that speed myself. There's alot of stress & unknowns when you are shutting down a business and it felt like a leap of faith on some of the stuff that was happening. The last interaction was the biggest kicker as he couldn't help with the issue, referred me to 2 other people and charged me $90 for the interaction. I was a very small fish in his pond I assume
When my wife and I began our search Mr. Lassman was recommended after I tried several more commercial, advertised firms. Had an attorney not mentioned him I would not have known he existed.{para}He was non-judgmental, professional, and very approachable. He put us at ease and explained the process and his views as they related to our specific circumstances. Nothing strayed from that outline. {para}He remains available and responds directly almost immediately. {para}We absolutely highly recommend him.
