Donald Lassman is a true leader. He knew what had to be done . He understood the feelings and emotions of his Client (Me). He was calming and positive throughout the entire proceedings. He is an excellent planner , anticipating up coming actions and alerting me in advance of my requirements and deadlines.
Don was referred to me by an atty friend, after I had run into financial difficulty due to two extended layoffs. After reviewing all my options with Don it appeared Chapter 13 was the appropriate path. There were one or two bumps in the road along the way, but each time Don's knowledge, experience and patience helped me successfully navigate a complex process. One year later, while still in Chapter 13, my case became more complex when my wife asked me for a divorce. Knowing I couldn't afford the Ch 13 payment and alimony I turned once again to Don who successfully helped me convert my CH 13 to a CH 7 which was recently discharged and closed. I was fortunate to have Don by my side throughout this ordeal and truly thank him for all of his thoughts, guidance and diligent efforts - I would highly recommend Don!
I went to see Mr. Lassman in the midst of a very difficult and complex financial situation that emerged after closing my business. I needed help, and fast! I needed someone smart and experienced who could help me navigate through a big, multifaceted mess. Mr. Lassman took the time understand my problems and helped me formulate a strategic remediation plan. Prior to finding Mr. Lassman, I spoke with a few other Attorneys who wanted to help me, but seemingly had no idea how to do so. Fortunately, I was eventually referred to Mr. Lassman. It became clear right from the beginning that Donald was not a mere transactional Attorney, but rather a clever, seasoned vet with a thorough understanding of the law. He demonstrated honesty and integrity every step of the way. Now that my case is officially closed, it is truly remarkable to reflect back on its evolution. Just one year ago, I felt completely buried and scared. Today, I can breathe again, and have a reignited sense of hope and optimism.
Atty Lassman was very savvy in handling my situation, knew where we had leverage, and minimized my exposure. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to wind down or restructure a business.
Don was referred to me by another attorney when I requested assistance with purchasing a company in bankruptcy. Don knew all the players that we ran into as part of the court case, which I found very helpful. Don was always available to answer questions and I thought he offered great experience for the cost.
Don is the consummate professional and was always was available for any question or concern I had. He made an extremely complicated and complex case easy for me as a client to deal with and ultimately I was able to achieve the most positive outcome.
I would definitely recommend lawyer Donald Lassman. He was very accessible and extremely helpful during the entire process of my case. Five stars all around.
