During challenging times, it is important to have professionalism, strong listening focus for issues, kindness, great instructions, patience, and above all, high levels of expertise to get the job done right and protect my interests proactively, timely, and courteously. The process could not have been done better. I highly recommend this Law office and the excellent work of Attorney Lassman.
Attorney Lassman was compassionate and caring, with a strong confidence that he would help our family through a very hard time. We are so grateful that we were referred to him and recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Atty. Lassman has been wonderful to work with. He has always been available to answer questions and give updates by phone, email and text. Atty. Lassman has been diligent in protecting my interests and trying to expedite the payment of a debt that is owed to me by another individual. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and meticulous in his work. I am confident that I will have a successful outcome to my situation. I would recommend Atty. Donald Lassman for any legal matter.
If not for Don doggedly pursuing my case in this bankruptcy situation where the defendant was trying to screw me out of quite a bit of money, I wouldn't have received a dime. Instead we ended getting more than I ever expected of what was owed to me. He worked very professionally with my litigating attorney who referred me to him. It took quite a while but Don persevered.
Don Lassman was refered to me by my lawyer when I had asked for a GOOD Bankruptcy Attorney to protect my interests in a Chapter 13 case. From the day I initially met with Don, I knew I was in good hands. I was correct with that impession and because of his knowledge and professionalism, Don led me through the legal process to a successful conclusion. I was put into a position where, without his excellent legal advice and follow-through, I stood to lose a lot. I am very thankful that I was introduced to Don and recomend him highly. Excellent!!! Don's knowledge of bankruptcy law and his ability to apply it to my best interest made a stressful time for me so much more bearable. From the initial interview to the closing of my case, he took the time to explain every detail in easy to understand language. By the time of the hearing, due solely to his attention to detail and unique understanding of the process, the matter was resolved quickly providing me with the opportunity for the fresh start I needed.
From the moment I was able to spend/borrow money I managed to spend/borrow it as irresponsibly as I possibly could. This left me in a financial situation at 32 that I would have never been able to escape and a dream of just being able to start over!! With the foreseeable future looking increasingly grim A friend of a family member told me to reach out to Mr. Donald Lassman. I spoke with Donald over the phone first and explained my situation after which I was convinced he was going to tell me I was beyond help! This could not have been further from the truth!!! Not only did he assure me that this was manageable, after 30 mins he had me completely convinced that my dream of starting over could be a complete reality. Donald Lassman laid out a plan of action so concise and simple that a Monkey could follow it. He was upfront about the cost of the financial maneuver and was consistently available during the process with any questions that I had. Please call and free yourself!!!
I appreciated Don's immediate availability to jump on an issue and address it with a business and legal perspective.
Attorney Lassman provided critical input and guidance regarding potential bankruptcy issues that allowed settling a contract dispute at a fraction of the potential exposure. He was responsive and clear in all communication throughout the process.
