Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

I hired The Joseph Firm when I was going through a domestic violence injunction. I felt overwhelmed with it all and didn't know how stressful it would be. It was definitely worth the cost of doing so because I was able to get him to get me the injunction for 2 years and also handle the paternity matter afterwards. It was very difficult but this firm helped me through it.

I reached out to The Joseph Firm when I believed there may be a chance that I may not be the Father of a child. After going through the process, Marck and his team got me disestablished as the Father once the DNA test told me I was not. They were professional, kept me updated and we amazing in helping me through a difficult time.

I had a complicated case where I had to move from Miami to Burbank. The Joseph Firm and Marck Joseph helped me through the entire process and helped me and my ex resolve the case. He was knowledgeable smart and a refreshing and objective attorney.

Mr. Joseph helped me get my rights to my son and got me custody. If it wasn’t for him, my childs grandparents would have kept me away. Now that I have my rights no one can keep me from my son.

I hired Marck Joseph took care of my child support contempt issue. He was able to get my purge payment reduced from $3,500.00 to $500.00 to be paid in 90 days. If it wasn’t for his help I was looking at jail time. And he did it at a reasonable rate. I hope I wont need him again but would absolutely go back to him if I needed to.

Marck Joseph is a BEAST!!! He represented me in my paternity action. While the other attorney was rude, impatient, and very disrespectful. Marck was calm and didn't let anything phase him. When it was his time to speak, he stuck to the point but DESTROYED opposing counsel. To the point where I was awarded my attorneys fees on top of all the time I got with my children. This is my attorney whenever I have an issue in Florida.

I had a very positive experience with Marck Joseph as my lawyer. I needed a confidential prenuptial agreement signed. He was efficient, knowledgeable and got it done. His staff was also very helpful and was up to date on everything. I would definitely recommend him.

Unlike a lot of lawyers who just take any case, Marck does family law and does it well. I specifically know this because my previous attorney tried to take 3 different case from me in criminal, probate and family... I quickly learned he did not know what he was doing in any of them. But when I tried to give Marck those 3 cases he only took the family case and referred the other 2 to other equally capable lawyers. As it relates to the case, he saw the issues, addressed them quickly and got us in and out of court. Would definitely use again.
