Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

I was due for mediation for the second time. Knowing my outcome would not result in an agreement between me and my soon to be ex husband who asked for 50/50 custody when he could barely do his weekends with our child. My ex was being unreasonable, difficult and just wouldn’t budge claiming he wanted more time and that I wasn’t allowing him to see our child (which was completely untrue.) Marck suggested not to further pursue conversations through mediation as the truth and what best overall for our child will be sorted out in court. The courts ruled in my child’s favor all thanks to Marck. My child receives the proper adequate time sharing now and I’m incredibly grateful.

Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

Marck was extremely knowledgeable at my consultation for my family law matter. Unfortunately, my case was past the mediation stage and he told me the facts and how it would not be wise to move forward with my situation. He was however easy on the eyes. Hottie! I follow The Joseph Firms Instagram for my occasional dose of eye candy.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Mark Joseph. My case was consistently delayed, no update at all, and I was charged for emails asking for explanations. If you have a simple case with no court expected, you will unfortunatelly be treated as a lower priority.
