Marck K. Joseph, Esq., BCS is a Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney, Founder of The Joseph Firm, P.A., and a recognized leader within the legal profession throughout Florida. The Joseph Firm, a South Florida-based practice focusing exclusively on Marital and Family Law. Marck's strong passion for justice has resolved hundreds of cases for clients, involving divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity (establishment and disestablishment), time-sharing (custody/visitation rights), child support, and domestic violence. Marck also serves as a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator and collaborative family law practitioner. An experienced litigator who is dedicated to delivering his clients the results they deserve, Marck has a solid familiarity with each of the South Florida courts and agencies. The Joseph Firm has been trusted by national celebrities and maintains an established record for settling million-dollar claims.
On May 19, 2023, Marck was appointed to the Advisory Workgroup on the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, which provides input and recommendations to the Florida Supreme Court in considering changes to the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms.
Marck has held multiple leadership positions within the First Family Law American Inn of Court, including First Black President, a position that he is honored to hold and in that role he helped advance professionalism, mentorship, and legal education among family law practitioners. His service included leading committee initiatives and promoting continuing legal education within the practice of family and marital law. Additionally, as a Board Member of the Miami-Dade FAWL Foundation, Mr. Joseph contributes to initiatives that support legal education, scholarship opportunities, and advancement within the legal profession.

His contributions to family law and public service have also been widely recognized. In 2020, the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar presented him with its Legislative Award for his efforts and contributions to family law legislation and policy development. That same year, he received the Black Men in Excellence Award from the Black Professionals Network and earned the Client Champion Platinum Award for outstanding client service. In 2019, he was honored with the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar's Rising Star Award, was selected by Legacy Magazine as one of South Florida's 40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, and received the Pro Bono Service Award from Dade Legal Aid for his dedication to serving those in need through volunteer legal services.
In addition to these accolades, Marck has earned several longstanding professional distinctions that underscore his reputation for legal excellence. Prior to founding The Joseph Firm, Marck served as the judicial assistant to the Honorable William L. Thomas, Circuit Court Judge in Miami-Dade County; law clerk to several prominent Miami attorneys; and certified legal intern for the Office of Regional Counsel in Miami.
In addition to his unwavering dedication to his clients, Marck holds a steadfast devotion to giving back to his community. Marck is on the Board of Directors for KidSide, an organization that serves children and parents in high-conflict family court cases. He has been a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of greater Miami for over a decade and is an active sponsor of both the Boys and Girls Club and The Positive Imprint Club.
He is also a lifetime member of the internationally-active Haitian Lawyers Association and regularly participates in local seminars to share his legal knowledge with other lawyers and the local community in South Florida. Marck has committed his life and practice to strengthening the presence of positive, community-oriented men in South Florida.
Marck received both his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University and FIU College of Law, respectively.
