This firm uses lazy attorneys. I finally fired them after a year of idle NO PROGRESS excuses. No effort whatsoever and no care at all for their clients. This clown of a company cost me a settlement solely due to their laziness. Adam D Clarke, Jessica Eibach, and the rest of the useless “team” at Morgan & Morgan wasted nearly a year of my life for no reason other than being LAZY. Do NOT use these people.

Don’t bother calling unless you have a case that will make this company a ton of quick money. They are NOT for the small people at all. small cases get referred to the Florida bar!!!! Very disappointed in a so called for the people company who doesn’t help people on ssi or who are mentally challeand could actually use their help. If this was Morgan’s own family being pushed around I’m sure it would be less than a second before he sued someone!!!! Skip it and go to an attorney that won’t charge you over 11,000 for doing some paper work after a hurricane for an insurance company but then can’t take a small case to help people get back what they deserve!!!

I am currently on my 3rd lawyer at Morgan & Morgan. My case was not moving forward and I received no response, every time I called the office. I also felt as though I had been assigned a lawyer and then they were leaving the firm or transferring services. I was told that "after my operation" the remainder of the process would be fluid and "quick". It was everything but that! I continued to try to receive an update from them, They also asked me to send them the same documents on several occasions because they "could not locate them." So at first I read all of the reviews on their Facebook with multiple complaints. Didn’t think anything of it because I know people exaggerate a lot but let me tell you Morgan and Morgan is absolutely atrocious. My lawyer was completely clueless. She had no idea what was going on with my case, was horrific with communication, and was just super unprofessional. I honestly don’t know how she’s even a lawyer. I’d have to remind her the details of my case every single time I talked to her. Not even joking. She was clueless and super unhelpful. Not to mention I was the one that always had to reach out. If I didn’t reach out to her I probably still would have heard from her. Not to mention how many emails she ignored too. They said they were going to file suit and get me in contact with a different lawyer to take on the case the following week. 3 weeks go by and nothing. I then reach out and she says oh well we decided to drop the case. Waste of time and complete inept lawyers. The dont care

I am lost for words at how awful an attorney Eric Deming's is. He took our case and sat on it for over 18 months. He did not respond to our calls or emails till we sent him a letter that we did not want to work with.

Never ever ever heard from him after he accepted my case and I hired him. I have searched several sites and had to conduct a great deal of research to find I am not the only one who had a horrible experience with this man and several people have filed complaints against him with the governor of Florida and the state bar.

10 months into my case Joel told me that he no longer wishes to represent me because I called client relations. Out of the 10 months that he has had my case I spoke to him on the phone twice. He is extremely rude and should NOT be working with individuals going through a personal injury case since it’s a “waste of time” for him. He told me originally that we will be going after the property where my accident happened and then out of no where and without informing me changed it to going after the individual who’s dog bite me. His legal aid assistant also disappeared 6 months into the case and a new one was assigned to my case. The only time I heard from Joel or his assistant was when I called the office to complain that I haven’t heard from my lawyer. I only called twice in 10 months! I do NOT recommend this lawyer and it’s a shame that he is with Morgan and Morgan providing such horrific service.

Beware of this law firm , they will take ur case and settle with the opponent behind ur back and simple call u saying they dropped the case .i’m going public to export them before the community

Jeffery Humphries was the reason I requested to withdraw my case from Morgan and Morgan. He told me getting me better wasn't his concern bc he wasn't my doctor añd his concern was the money. Never ever would I recommend this firm to anyone.

Morgan and Morgan is a complete scam. They don’t care about the quality of your case. They care about the quantity of their cases. I hired them after an accident. They didn’t go after the company involved. They went after my insurance. They were able to receive a settlement. Now, after two years, there is a bill that has been in litigation for 2 years. I finally asked that they release the funds. They all of a sudden have an outstanding bill for $1500 that mysteriously showed up out of nowhere. 2 YEARS LATER!?! No mention of this bill until I asked them to release the funds they are holding. GREED.
