This is a racist company would not recommend them at all they did nothing but wanted 40% they are rude to there clients and will not inform you of anything Never recommend any African Americans to choose there company Horrible racist company they are like total liars they will not inform you of anything they do not help they are racist company they are like total liars they will not inform you of anything they racial profile I would NEVER recommend any African Americans to choose there company they are a racist company who racially profile there clients if you believe anything differently you must be a racist also from my experience with them they where unprofessional never informed me off anything and talked to me disrespectfully I would never recommend anyone to this money hungry racist company period.

Terrible experience with these people. Very quick to start sending to doctors. Afterwards, dropped my case and left me with medical bills to pay….be careful. !!!!

I was hit by a semi. This firm asked for $1 million dollars as the settlement. Attorney Patrick Powell told me that the pay out would be double my medical bills according to a Ga law. This firm settled my case for $30k in which my medical bills were $17k. That was not doubled. The sad part about this case, the case manager Charlene Robinson was not helpful with answers in a timely manner. She was very rude in most of our conversations. I spoke with the attorney Patrick Powell once or twice only because I wanted to fire this firm and hire another attorney. He reached out to give me a better understanding of what’s going on with my case. My accident happened in April of 2020. I lost my job and traveled over 100 miles one way for doctor visits, hoping this settlement would pay off. Well, I got a call saying that a check would be made out to me for $5k. The firm got at least $12k. I don’t understand how they would get more than me if Morgan and Morgan are for the people.

Do not hire this law firm. They are a complete waste of time and the y only send clients bills with no results

Do not hire him! He is arrogant and a know it all!!! He works for the opposite side and does not relay messages thoroughly

I handed this firm a massive lawsuit on a silver platter but for some reason they’re lazy, unprofessional and uncaring. My “attorney” (if that’s what he calls himself) informed me that Morgan & Morgan did not have the resources promised in their advertisements to help me, guide me or anything whatsoever. I had to make and do EVERYTHING all on my own. Tanner Shultz was my unfortunate lawyer who strung me along and promised me the moon and stars bust just as I predicted a year prior to my parents and several others who can testify that this lawyer truly didn’t care about me, my case or the compensation. He always talked down to me condescending, was full of bad excuses and had a snooty attitude just like his paralegal, Kimberly Metzger who doesn’t know how to give proper updates to clients. Am I sorry for being honest? NOPE! Thankfully, another firm picked my case up because they know how horrible the lawyers at Morgan & Morgan can be.

I feel like because they couldn't win the case they spent 4 years pushing things off and ultimately didn't like the offer they were given...they decide to drop my case and tell me I'm better off pursuing the case on my own. After 4 years. No...I will never refer anyone to Morgan and Morgan. If there wasn't a case then why waist 4 years of my life telling me there was. Unbelievable the way this case has been handled. I feel like because I couldn't go for millions then I wasn't worth there time anymore. For the people.....as long as they can use you to get a big settlement.

B4 you even talk to a lawyer, there is a telephone screener that asks about the case. I assume this is NOT a lawyer. In two unrelated cases/legal issues the screener stated it was a conflict of interest. No other explanation! Who are these screeners? If you desire impersonal service, call them. Eventhough the man in the commercial states we treat you as our family. Total misrepresentstion of facts, Mr. Johnson.

We had the most arrogant lawyer call us back when we wanted to talk to explain our situation. His attitude was an " I'm better then you " . We tried to tell him what happened to us.... he would not let us talk. He did not care about us or about listening to our experience. If FOR THE PEOPLE is going to be this firm's slogan, you should hire people that will listen and be patient. This man didn't want to mess with us because We are not worth his time. I'm sorry....but it was a terrible experience with Morgan and Morgan.
