They're too large, making them dysfunctional. Too many different phone #'s. They text wanting me to contact them...then who answers the phone has no idea what they're doing.

Case was "accepted" in late February 2019. I entered treatment immediately based on the advice of the attorney. Approximately 6 months into treatment, I received a letter signed by the attorney that I had been dropped as a client. I called and was told that this was a "mistake." Red flag number one, and I shoudve began looking for different representation immediately, but I did not. Fast forward about a year, and treatment is completed. I received a call from the attorney's assistant stating that insurance had been verified, and that suit would be filed immediately for the "max." Fast forward 6 more months, and suit had yet to be filed, and insurance wasnt actually verified. Another few months pass, and suit is finally filed. The suit involved an individual as well as a business, and the business was unable to be served, and was dropped from the suit. Several more months pass, and we had to get a default judgement. We have a valid case, per another attorney, against American Residential Products of Florida, over a botched spray foam insulation job. ARP initially said they would help us and had a technician come out to make a report, which they said we'd receive a copy of. After they got their report, they shut us out and will no longer speak to us at all. I called Morgan and Morgan twice to seek help, their "screeners" were rude and ignorant. Mr Morgan firm has lost its way at the Atlanta office and they care for you only as a number not as a client not as a human being or a person. they assigned me David Hurtado as my lawyer to represent me under his firm and I asked numerous times to have a different attorney that actually cares about me. I've tried to contact Mr Morgan numerous times about this he's told me he's on it but nothing has changed. by omission his staff is informed me that they work for the opposition and not on my case for me as the client. his staff make sure that you as a client are made to feel insignificant and not to care about your needs only the needs of Morgan & Morgan and makes false claims on his advertisement and on his firm about where for the people not the rich and Powerful well no he's for the powerful

I regret the day I met Christopher Neyland! He does not have any compassion for his clients and charges per second. (He makes sure that he gets his time and money correct) His offers are so low it makes you wonder if he took a bribe!! He is only for himself!!

This place is garbage! I went with them for my lawsuit and it took them forever to do anything and I had to submit my own paperwork to the insurance company and they took my payout and have yet to send me the payout. I had to take a loan out in order to pay for a surgery from my accident and they are just playing games with me and all the money they got from my accident. They barely did any work at all and I’m paying them so much money to finish a lawsuit that I had to settle with the insurance company. I had to move out of Florida due to the guy coming to my home several times and threatening my family and then this so called lawyers office said they would set me up with treatment here in Ohio and have not at all. I have had to set up ALL of my own treatments and pay out of pocket for ALL of it. This place is a joke and I’m paying more in interest for a loan I had to take out to get my surgery done and still have to pay them for their time! What time they have barely did anything

Unfortunately, I cannot get Mr. Milkwick or any of his staff to return our calls. I’ve spoken to his Legal Assistant twice. She promised that Mr. Milkwick would call me back. That was over two weeks ago. On the commercial Morgan & Morgan says they will respond immediately and will fight for you. I received several calls a day until I signed the agreement with the firm. After that…crickets. We literally received no calls after we signed the agreement. Find someone else.

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone about a consultation appointment i was trying to set up and was told i would have to wait hours because they were dealing with a big client that had priority over me, the receptionist then goes on to say that maybe if i was suing someone like Mike Tyson then maybe I'd get some help sooner..... i was in shock when i heard that, who even says that to someone??? Very unprofessional! I'd advise seeking counsel else where. Heck call Sal! instead maybe..
