HARD Do not use this company! They argeed to help my husband with a simple Social Security Disability appeal. That was almost a year ago, they do not keep you informed, they have made zero progress. If they do return a call, which is only after you leave multiple messages, the responses are scripted it's all about waiting for someone else. Honestly, just about waiting for their check to roll in if the appeal is granted, but they are doing nothing to represent us. The agent for Social Security Disability denied benefits for C.O.P.D. based on the test they sent him to Savannah for. Amazing he was within the parameter (borderline) to disqualify him. While there taking the test my husband actually had to perform two the first one was so bad the tech (hired by, you guess it) Social Security Disability agent. He was not given a choice to preform a second test which was the best of the two and the only one that made it back to the Social Security Agent that denied the claim hours later

I haJd your firm represent me for a terrible accident I suffered at a work site which your firm determined was a Workman's comp case in Florida. I fell from a third floor to a second floor onto concrete over 15~20 feet (see attached) where I remained uncontious for a length of time according to fellow workers. When I finally came to I tried to move but could not due to the sever pain I was experiencing from my ribs and back mainly my spine area after the fall. I spent a week in ICU before coming closer to a nearby hospital which is blocks fromy home. Where I have been ever since 9/21/2002 other than to visit assigned Dr. visits not being able to work or apply for Disability benefits. Dylan was incarcerated and I set it up for them to talk. He said Dylan would have his medical bills paid and get a couple grand. The other claimant told me they settled out of court and he got $16,000. Dylan has received nothing and Mr Powell doesn’t answer his phone calls or mine. Doesn’t respond to emails????? Run for your lives .!! These reviews are paid and from clients who just signed up. Once they have the contract with your signature you’re treated like a number ! I went from being treated unfairly at 1-800-411-PAIN to going through the exact same trauma at morgan and morgan. They do not answer your phone calls or emails. My attorney Evan Rosenberg literally ignored me for months and with drawled from my case when I asked simple questions about my case. He literally said he wouldn’t do me wrong and did exactly just that. He didn’t even read my file and I literally had a possible medical malpractice lawsuit. He told me he was over the entire litigation for Ga and Alabama. And that I am just a number to him. I clearly was discriminated and I have a multi- MILLIONARE dollar case but that means nothing they want even bigger money. They took money out my case and neglected the entire process. This is my letter to Clem from Morgan and Morgan. He was just okay but Morgan and Morgan almost left me for dead, literally! I am sure this review will be deleted because they have figured out how to squash the negative reviews. Mr. Clem, I have been researching and I see that your firm has been operating in a very unethical manner. You all have ruined my life AND HEALTH for the last five years because of not so much of you but the years of negligence from Morgan and Morgan. Did a poor job and I've worked with numerous attorneys fighting insurance companies. Client had to switch attorneys because the attorney hired switched firms. Poor result with plenty of supporting documentation for the claim.

I have had many bad experiences, but this ranks as worst. I spoke with this man/woman only once. I advised him I had bipolar disorder as it affects my speecb. Well, if you have a disability, you do not want this man. He informed me in that case, he wanted to talk to my husband which was not going to happen Months went by. He was supposed to call me at 3 39pm. Every 10 to 15 min I text his par@legsl, no call. At 4 39 I texted her I was leaving. She swore he called me until I sent her screen shot that I hat waited for 1 HR. This was a fall. Simple. This Attny wanted me to sign off my hippie rights for my bipolar. He did not even call the right Dr. My Pcp dies not issue meds for that disorder. My psych does. That made him mad. I got an email from home that he was withdrawing to to lack I communication. But he submitted to the court irreconcilable differences. Neither of these applies. You cannot have irreconcilable differences with a person you have spoken to one time he abandoned client

My sister in Memphis was struck by a car while walking in a Wal-Mart parking lot on April 10, 2022, and missed 6 months of work following surgery o a broken hip & fractured pelvis. A staff member of Morgan & Morgan witnessed the accident, so she engaged them. In the ensuing 10 months, she has NEVER spoken with an attorney - only a paralegal - and was never given an idea of what kind/size of a case M&M thought it was (other attorneys who reached out to her did). Last month, the paralegal contacted my sister with a proposed settlement with my sister's uninsured motorist coverage (not the other driver or WalMart), for an amount that won't cover her medical bills, much less 6 months of lost wages and other expenses. My sister refused it because SHE IS STILL GOING THROUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY AND TREATMENT, which the paralegal apparently didn't know. She's filed a complaint with the state.

I called Morgan and Morgan for the second time within three weeks. My daughter and I were in an automobile accident in which the driver of the other vehicle clearly stated to the Law Enforcement Officer that he was at fault. Out of the 40% of YOUR settlement that they take, that would not have been enough money for them. What about the “Powerless and Injured” that you always talk about in your commercials? I want to thank you Morgan and Morgan for leaving me, once again, “Powerless and Injured”. And prior to your company posting any type of EXCUSE or REBUTTAL as to why you would not take Either of my Cases, and yes I know you cannot go into the specifics or details about the case, but everyone knows It’s All About the Money.

Working with this attorney was a nightmare and his assistant Christy Valentine was a double nightmare. I had to call Morgan & Morgan Compliance just to get them to respond and guess what they didn't even react to Morgan & Morgan. John Morgan should be ashamed of having them on his team.
