Timi is a very driven, thorough and extremely capable lawyer. She manages expectations, over delivers and always fights to get you the best she possibly can. She is always available which makes her the best value for your money. She knows the local court system and they know her. I couldn't believe that outcome I got in my divorce case, it was simply shocking. Timi has a very calm demeanor in the office and a tenacious attitude in the courtroom. Exactly the lawyer you need!

Hired Attorney

Hiring Ms. Tucker saved me at least $17,000 in alimony and court cost payments for my divorce. She was able to reduce the length of alimony payments, told the lawyer representing my future ex-wife I would not cover her legal costs, and made certain the language of the agreement prevented unexpected surprises down the road! Above all, she is caring, compassionate, understanding and offered excellent advice. I truly felt she had my best interest at heart. She took care of every detail!!!
