John was the best lawyer for my divorce. He was able to take an unreasonable party, and explain to them how our divorce was one that could be settled amicably. One in which the other party was asking for everything I had, to a compromise that benefited both parties, and brought the divorce to a quick end. I would recommend John for his services in, not only Family Law, but in all manners.
Worked with John for a while on my case. He was always available to give advice, and to help me when things got hard or contentious with the other party. Staff was always very friendly as well and quick to get answers for me.
I’ve had the worst experience with JVM. I paid 20k for him to handle my husbands child custody case which he stated was an “open close case” which he didn’t even complete. When we were at the final stretch of being done he withdrew himself as council. Also CHECK YOUR BILL. Multiple payments that were made in CASH were not applied and duplicate charges... he also is terrible in front of a judge he stutters and can’t get his words out. It’s almost like he is new. If you want a passive incompetent lawyer, hire him if you want someone who is honest, communications effectively, and who cares about his clients, don’t walk RUN to someone else!
