I was initially recommended this group by a friend. But after the nightmare he experienced with with I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They want to settle fast, they drag things out, they won’t nane individual persons, at least from his case, in the suit and they don’t want media coverage.
This firm was told at the beginning of my lawsuit that it was going to be a tough battle with my employer. The two attorneys, as in the other review, acted like they were doing me a favor. I felt like they wanted a hand out from the employer I was suing and to settle quickly. I am still putting up with retaliation at work to this day because of them. I had given them a great case with witnesses and evidence and they refused to do a single Deposition.
