They need better communication with clients on progress of a case. It would means faster resolution for everyone, including their firm. They do respond well after being reached out to, but it takes the client to take the initiative with the firm. It should be the other way around.

it was a complicated case and rather than to tackle the situation we were pawned off on a lessor litigator that was great at taking money... we looked for a bull dog and got referred to a puppy
