From start to finish this firm is top notch! Joe Shoemaker was our attorney and he was fabulous. I called many firms first thinking such a large firm as Bogin, Munns & Munns wouldn't take our semi-small issue with a disgruntled tenant. We reside in CA and our property was in Florida. I couldn't even get a call back from other firms. From the moment I called the office, the staff was kind and very helpful. When I had my consultation on the phone with Joe he didn't rush me and in fact he took over an hour to really talk with me. He was honest and told me the pro's and con's to my case and he LISTENED! We hired the firm/Joe and through the entire process they were very professional, kind and accommodating. They made a court date that was only 2 weeks away from our consultation date. He met with my angry tenant and dealt with our property manager. Joe was able to resolve the matter quickly. I pray I don't have another issue but if I do they will be the first firm I call.

Hired Attorney Ms. Katherine Barski

Working with Ms. Barski has been an absolute blessing! After speaking with a few other attorneys I was so glad I went with her to handle my father’s estate. She was always willing to help when I had a multitude of questions. She immediately answered all of my emails, took time out of her busy schedule to call, and she gave me such great legal counsel to help me better understand the probate process. She ended up getting things done a lot quicker than expected, and I was able to move forward without delay. My family was also happy I found such a dedicated lawyer. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and would hire her again if needed!

Hired Attorney Mr. D. Graham Anderson

My husband and I hired Mr. Anderson after being in our first car accident. He was very personable and helped us every step of the way. He took our phone calls every time we called and answered of questions and emails sometimes late at night. He advised us of our rights and options and walked us through everything from start to finish. When I was diagnosed with stage four brain cancer, I knew I had to get my affairs done immediately. I Googled "best Florida wills or estate lawyers" and I called 15 lawyers to get an idea on price. When I went to Bogin, Munns and Munns? We were able to do my estate for about half of what everybody quoted. I asked David if I pay less, will my estate be worth less? He said no, there's a clause or extension that I qualify for where you will get the same service for less money. Nobody else mentioned this. I knew this was the best lawyer for my situation, David and Karen are honest and reallly know the law, and Bogin Munns and Munns is huge, and I knew there wouldn't be any problems. If you need an estate planning attorney, make the drive to any one of their offices. I think you will be as impressed as I was. They're the best.
