It's not unusual for it to take many months to get security clearances. Sometimes it takes more than a year. Most USA consulates are very responsive to emails, so I would suggest emailing them to check the status.

You can update your brother's petition by sending a letter, by certified mail with return receipt, to the USCIS office address contained on the receipt notice to describe the change in his marital status. You should also submit a copy of his divorce decree and his new marriage certificate.

How long will the whole I130 processing take if my wife is a USC and she applied for me in January 27 2014?

I-130 was taking up to a year. They seem to have it down to 6-9 months right now. Going the I-130 route, you definitely won't be here for a long time. Why not try for a B-2 visa to see the birth of your child and to help your wife?
