Can I call ICE once his fiancé visa expires?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
I'm not sure there's any short answer. If you feel you are the victim of fraud, then you could report him to ICE. His immigration status is between him and the government, so there's not much for you to do other than to complain, perhaps, to the government if you feel you are a victim of some illegal conduct.

How do I get naturalization?

Christine Victoria Troy
Answered by attorney Christine Victoria Troy (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Christine Troy
You need to get a full consult. Your case is very complicated. Be careful of 1) physical presence requirement and 2)actual intent. Having a reentry permit is a good thing but please have a consult with a competent immigration attorney.

Can he work and take some college courses while he waits for green card?

Answered by attorney David L. Leon
Immigration lawyer at David L. Leon, P.C.
I don't have enough information to render an opinion. Is he in the country legally now. Does he have a criminal history? In many cases, you can apply here, prepare a waiver here, and wait in the US until it's time for his appointment in the Bahamas.
