On the conspiracy to commit bribery what happens after I finish my sentence?

Conspiracy to commit bribery is a crime involving moral turpitude which will make you inadmissible to return to the U.S. It can also be an aggravated felony depending on your sentence which will make you removable. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your case. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

You must notify USCIS that you never received the work permit and request that they send you another work permit at your current address.

I did not enter with a visa but surrendered myself at the border on arrival. Does it mean I did not enter legally?Am married to a US Citizen. Can I?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
The answer depends upon what the Department of Homeland Security did with you at the time that you surrendered yourself at the border upon arrival. If you were processed regularly, you did not enter legally. If you were paroled into the U. S. either at the border or after being detained, you might be considered eligible for adjustment of status. Otherwise you may wish to seek other relief and perhaps meet with an immigration lawyer to see whether you are eligible for something like the I-601A program.
