Can I file a i140 application?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
Your case should now be at the National Visa Center. You should contact them for information about your case. Because your case has multiple issues that may require you to file for waivers on forms I-601 and I-212, I highly recommend you hire an attorney to help you with this case.

What is our option for a B1/B2 Visa Change/Adjust Status?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
There are several business options depending on what country you are a citizen of, whether you have a business in your home country, the amount of your investment, whether you want to come temporarily or permanently etc, etc. I would recommend a consultation to review these details and sort out what is best for you. We do charge for consultations and you can schedule one by calling my office below to select a convenient time and date. $350 per hour is the consultation fee; but whatever you pay for the consultation would then be a credit toward the fees for your case if you retain us to do work beyond the consultation.

Can I fix my parents paper if I have a misdemeanor that has been expunged?

Answered by attorney Michael Alexander Yurasov-Lichtenberg (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
If your criminal history does not include convictions for perjury or document fraud, it has no effect on your ability to sponsor your parents. I cannot tell you, though, whether you can "fix" your parents' papers - that depends on their immigrant and criminal history and current immigrant status; and has to be discussed with an immigration attorney who would be given all the facts in the case.
