How can I add my father in my birth certificate so I can get residency through him?

To amend your birth certificate, you will need to contact the Mexican authority with jurisdiction over your birth records. Even if you were to amend you birth certificate, it is likely that USCIS will required both of you to get DNA testing to establish the parent-child relationship. If he wasn't married to your mother, he will also be required to prove that you were legitimized before your 18th birthday.

What do I need so that my husband can get a green card in Texas?

Answered by attorney William D. Fong (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Fong Ilagan
Your question has almost no detail. Are you a USC? Where is your husband from? Where is he now? If in the US, how did he enter the US? Is he currently in valid immigration status? Does he have any criminal arrests, charges or convictions? Did anyone file a preference petition or labor certification for him prior to April 30, 2001? Get this information and consult with an experienced immigration attorney.

If there is a loss of residence status, is deportation eminent?

Your husband's green card is deemed to have been abandoned due to his failure to remove the condition. You will probably have to petition him again for a green card. I suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.
