Wolfe, Jones, Wolfe, Hancock, Daniel & South, LLC was established in 1983 as a result of the merger of the senior partners, Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Jones. This merger occurred in order to service a variety of clientele, including the areas of personal injury, commercial law, real estate law, and general litigation. The firm presently has two divisions. The commercial division represents a variety of clients, ranging from real estate and commercial closing transactions and acquisitions, to creditor bankruptcy and collection law. The litigation division services the litigation needs of the commercial division of the firm, in addition to handling personal injury litigation with an emphasis on auto torts, products liability, worker's compensation, co-employee liability, insurance law, and trucking litigation.

This outfit advertises that they handle landlord tenant law.. Beware if you are a tenant filing civil suit about landlord retaliation or landlord stealing deposits. After I called and spoke with one of their attorneys and told him all the evidence I have of retaliation.. he did everything to try and TALK ME OUT of filing a lawsuit! He also admitted that they represent landlords, not tenants. Then he stated many inaccurate things... again to persuade me from filing suit, stating "tenants are not entitled to recover attorney and legal fees" in such cases. This is pure falsehoods. I told him the exact Alabama landlord/tenant Statutes on the books that clearly state opposite, and he still tried to argue and stop me. BEWARE.. these must be very biased and ineffective attorneys to state such inaccurate things and give possible clients such bad info.
