Wolfe, Jones, Wolfe, Hancock, Daniel & South, LLC was established in 1983 as a result of the merger of the senior partners, Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Jones. This merger occurred in order to service a variety of clientele, including the areas of personal injury, commercial law, real estate law, and general litigation. The firm presently has two divisions. The commercial division represents a variety of clients, ranging from real estate and commercial closing transactions and acquisitions, to creditor bankruptcy and collection law. The litigation division services the litigation needs of the commercial division of the firm, in addition to handling personal injury litigation with an emphasis on auto torts, products liability, worker's compensation, co-employee liability, insurance law, and trucking litigation.

Matt was recommended to assist me with domesticating an out of state judgement. To say that Matt went above and beyond for me would be an understatement; Matt was always responsive and took great care in explaining the law as well as my options, and advising me as to how he felt we best move through the system. Additionally, Matt showed tremendous compassion for my situation and gave of his time freely, not charging me for things he rightly could have. I felt Matt always gave me stellar advice and was so pleasant to deal with. I highly reccomend Matt to anyone needing legal counsel.

Matt Hancock worked with me for several years on a drawn out litigation case. Throughout the process, I found Mr. Hancock to be diligent, fair, thorough, available and knowledgeable and I felt that he was a partner in my case who always had sound advice and my best interest in mind.
