Working with Mr. Scharfman is as smooth of a process as anyone could ask for. This man is a total professional from start to finish, he really knows what he is doing and is really good at explaining his what he is doing and why. I really like the way he advises you by explaining where you are at in your case, what he thinks you should do but never closes the door to what you are thinking, or hoping to achieve. I know he gave me the best representation I could have asked for, and he would do the same for anyone he is just that good.

I would like to thank Ian at The Scharfman Law Firm, for handling my case exceptionally well. In addition, my gratitude goes towards his staff who were very attentive and pleasant to work with. I consulted with several other attorneys before retaining Ian due to the complex nature of my case and out of all of the other firms that I spoke to, Ian was the most informative and knowledgeable about how to handle my case, yet he was able to explain the entire process to me in layman's terms. Ian was always professional and prompt communicating with me, making me feel as if I was his only client by keeping me informed of the status on my claim and pursuing every angle in order to obtain a fair settlement for me.
