We used them for my fathers will...He recently passed and when it was time for them to act, they vanished like ghosts, not answering phone or emails for weeks. Completely unacceptable so would not recommend

Horrible experience! Watch your back! This law firm and one of its attorneys, Efstathios Georgiou, betrayed my trust and failed to meet the standard of care due to me. The attorney had me spend hours on the phone with him and collecting documents for a letter he told me he was going to write and send on my behalf, but he never wrote or sent the letter, never notified me about it in three weeks, and no one from the firm bothered to notify me when I was counting on them to send the letter to an opposing counsel on my behalf. Later, a firm rep told me that attorney Efstathios Georgiou was never going to write the letter as there was a different team writing letters, and they had decided that they did not want to write it. But no one ever bothered to tell me about any of this or to give me any reasons as to why, or advise me on the best course of action in my case going forward. I call for disciplinary action against Efstathios Georgiou and the entire firm for negligence.

Hired Attorney Steven Kramer

After my Mother passed and it came time to pay the nursing home there was an opportunity to negotiate a lower rate with the facility but this firm instead offered the nursing home the remainder of her estate to the penny. There are plenty of attorneys doing elder law work...look elsewhere. As my Mom used to say "a word to the wise"

Emails not acknowledged; phone calls not returned. Amount of time to complete trust 3 months. Complaints not taken seriously, so called investigation of complaints a complete whitewash; not apology or concern for my inconvenience. This is a so called "benefit" from my union. awful.

After one year and four months working on a Loan Modification, I am in the dark. No response to email phone calls or faxes from the attorney. They're billing me though! I could never recommend this firm to anyone and I assure you, this will not be my last complaint!
