Under the circumstances of my situation, the case was pretty much dead in its tracks do to bankruptcy. Mr. Tucker did as much as he could, and I could not go any further with the case do to financial difficulties.

I've used their services as a member of a prepaid legal program. So far, my household has solicited their consultation four times within three months and all of their assistance has been invaluable. The prepaid legal membership benefits coupled with the knowledge of the attornies to whom I have been assigned has been incredible.

I spoke to someone about the possibility of suing a handyman who did some work for me that he didn't finish. This man also became a personal friend and borrowed money from me that he has not paid back. He has made no effort to work off the loans, pay me back or finish the work. The friendship is tenuous and he is difficult to deal with. The lawyers I spoke with advised me about my options. So far I haven't taken any action, because I know this man's situation; he is struggling financially too.
