Hired Attorney Lydia Hendrix

Lydia was very highly recommended to us and she exceeded our expectations. We had a very upsetting problem where our six-year-old daughter's school district was refusing her enrollment through no fault of her own. Lydia immediately made us feel like she truly cared about setting things right and that she was with us 100%. Her care and compassion were greatly appreciated after weeks of struggling with cold district bureaucracy. Lydia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive about everything such that we always felt there was positive momentum with our case and that we were a priority for her. Hired Attorney Kathleen M. McDaniel

My hospital system gave out all my PHI to a stranger. Kathleen talked with me and followed up with several emails providing me with pertinent info on what rights I had, and how I needed to proceed with the hospital system. She did all of this without charging me anything (even though I am sure she knew from my initial message that my issue would not be one that could be taken to court). I fell between the "cracks" with HIPPA laws, someone else has all my info but the hospital cannot be sued unless later on I can prove "damages". She was compassionate, very knowledgeable, and prompt! I am amazed in this day and age that she would help me without getting anything in return.

She is committed, caring, and whip smart. She knows what she is doing and very confident in her interaction with her clients and gives accurate advice. She tells it like it is. She doesn't take any BS and is a fighter for the rights of clients. My case was long and agonizing to me but she gave me hope that I would come out on the other side. She was so right. The whole firm is like that, dedicated to their mission. Clear about what they do and why. I was always in the loop on anything related to my case. She was accessible pretty much whenever I needed feedback or had a question. I am certain I was over the top at times, but she was supportive and helped get me calm and grounded. I was so happy with the outcome and resolution. It felt like David and Goliath. But right sometimes is might, especially if she's representing you.

Ms. McDaniel came recommended to me by another attorney. She represented me in a difficult HOA action against the management company and Board at my HOA. Because of her excellent contacts in the financial community, I was able to prevail in my requests for financial documents and ultimately in ousting the Board responsible for the lack of oversight on behalf of the co-owners.
