Hired Attorney Sarah Cox

Very Disappointed with Sarah and this law firm. The group came highly recommend. The effort that was put forth to communicate with the company that wrongfully terminated my employment, via a union organization that put forth less effort, the only thing that took place were emails and being billed 200.00 dollars every time there was a response. Very little communication via a good old telephone. We were told Sarah was a " Bull Dog " she was more like Old Blue lying on the front porch as the criminals came in and took whatever they wanted! I spent a lot of money that I did not have. Very, very Disappointed and broken!

I had a negative experience with this firm for a child custody case and spent nearly $15k. I wouldn't recommend them. The lawyer I worked with was empathetic and knowledgeable, but it felt like she had too many clients. Over the course of a few months working with her, it was nearly impossible to get a timely response when things were happening quickly, except for a few days when things were particularly urgent. The general lack of response time (at worst up to a week with a brief email that then took another week to discuss) for a challenging situation disadvantaged me. Despite raising the issue with a partner I was gaslit and told the lawyer had been very responsive all along, which wasn't the case. I'm sorry to write a negative review, but I honestly wouldn't recommend this firm for family law issues. Go somewhere else, these issues are too important for constant delays.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When we had the first meeting for the consultation, I actually felt optimistic. I felt she was knowledgeable and going to be reliable and get things done. I was wrong. She clearly has too many cases because she was NOT up to speed on the case in future meetings despite Providing her timelines and a plethora of information. There were unnecessary delays. She was out of the office a bit. The paralegal wasn’t helpful either. Waste of money and my time.
