Hands down, Mr. Wells facilitated the best… No, actually better outcome, than I could have hoped for!! He got my potential wreck-less driving charge (class 1 misdemeanor), dropped to a $200 / minor speeding infraction. I was definitely speeding, but didn’t realize that highway dropped to 50mph. My job requires me to fly into locations, rent a car and drive out to meet landowners (Normally hours from major cities). “A reckless driving conviction gives you a permanent criminal record. Reckless Driving in Virginia is a Class One Misdemeanor that can carry penalties of up to a year in jail, six months loss of your driver’s license and a $2500 max fine.” If I would have lost my license, even for a week. The entire course of my life would have been irreparably altered. I’ll never be able to thank Mr. Wells enough, for guiding and counseling me through the legal process. But again! Thank you, sir!!

This was a good experience from start to finish. My attorney was easy to talk with and under “the system” far better than I. I doubt seriously that I could have achieved the desired result without his assistance.
